🌬️ Mostly C’s: Emotional Healing & Gentle Release
If you answered mostly C’s, your inner world may be calling for a soft, safe space to feel, to release, and to be held without needing to “fix or change” anything.
Grief, heartache, and unspoken sadness live not just in the mind—but in the breath, our tissues, and the way we carry ourselves through the world. Emotional healing isn’t about pushing through or making it all better. It’s about learning to compassionately hold space for emotions, like we would for a beloved friend.
🌾 What You May Need Most Right Now
Gentle conversations—perhaps with a trusted therapist or guide who can witness without judgment
Quiet mornings or slow evenings where you can simply be
Emotional rest—the kind that comes from receiving from nature, stillness, and even supportive loved ones
A safe space to release without unraveling
Healing doesn’t mean everything is okay. It just means you are ready to acknowledge that you no longer have to carry it all alone.
🌬️ Practice: Guided Wind Meditation (5 minutes)
Let nature help carry your feelings gently away.
Try this Cleansed by the Wind A Meditation for Renewal and Inner Freedom by me, designed to help you release what’s heavy with the help of the wind element.
Settle in. Close your eyes. Let the wind, the rhythm of the breath, and the spaciousness of awareness soothe you.
🌙 Gentle Guided Release Meditation
Sit or lie down. Place your hand over your heart.
Begin balanced breathing: inhale for 4, pause, exhale for 4. Feel the rise and fall.
With each exhale, silently say:
“I am softening. It is safe to let go.”
Repeat this for 5 minutes. If tears come, let them.
If stillness comes, welcome that too.
