A place to strengthen & soften.

Live with an Open Heart

Contemplative practices including yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, counseling and retreats for those drawn to honest inner and outer work, inviting us to meet life with greater ease, acceptance, and grace.

A supportive space to look with curiosity at what is here, uncover habitual patterns that may no longer serve us, and explore a calmer, more grounded way of living and being.

My Work

Over the years, I’ve worked with individuals, couples and families, cancer patients, teens in crisis, physicians, yoga teachers and people navigating all kinds of life transitions.

Across nursing, therapy and more than two decades of teaching yoga and meditation, my work has always been about creating a space to set down what we’re carrying, look for meaning in what life is asking of us, reconnect with what feels true, and remember that beauty and grace can still be found even in difficult seasons.

A Lifetime of Study, A Lifetime of Practice

For more than two decades I've studied across healthcare, psychology, yoga, meditation, and holistic healing. Each path has deepened my understanding of what it means to meet life with steadiness, openness, and compassion.

to Return to Yourself

01.

BREATH

Before saying yes, fixing, or stepping in...

Take one slow breath and quietly ask: "What do I need in this moment?"

02.

FEEL

Place a hand on your heart, close your eyes.

Awareness begins here. When we rest attention upon the body, we begin to remember ourselves.

TRUST

Invite yourself to let go of any needs to get it right.

What’s meant to settle, will. We are already whole.
