🔥 Mostly B’s: Vitality & Structure
If you answered mostly B’s, your body may be whispering: “I’m ready.”
Ready to feel stronger. More aligned. More purposeful.
After illness, transition, or long periods of depletion, we often find ourselves in this in-between place—not fully restored, not broken either—but aware that it’s time to rebuild.
This phase asks for both energy and structure. You don’t need to push or strive. You just need a rhythm that carries you forward.
🌞 What You May Need Most Right Now
Gentle strength-building—especially through yoga or slow movement
Daily structure that honors your energy and gives you a sense of purpose
Ayurvedic routines that align you with nature’s rhythms (like waking early, warming meals, or dry brushing)
A space to recommit to your body, your path, and your vitality
This is a moment of remembering—not starting from scratch, but returning to the core of who you are.
🌀 Practice: Gentle Rhythmic Movement + Breath
Try this 5-minute practice to stimulate energy while staying grounded:
Sit comfortably and begin with even breathing—inhale for 4, exhale for 4. Do this for 1 minute.
Then gently begin cat/cow or seated twists, linking breath to movement.
Finish by sitting in stillness with hands on your low belly, breathing deeply and sensing your inner fire.
🔥 Ritual: A Mini Fire Ceremony
Light a candle and sit quietly. Close your eyes.
Imagine placing one of your dreams or desire into the flame, to burn it away, but offer it to transformation.
Whisper softly, “May this fire ignite what is ready to rise within me.”
Let the warmth of the flame reflect the strength within you. May your desire be fueled, not forced into creation. And so it is.
