Coconut Milk Foot Soak | Infused with Herbs

We live in energetic times, people focus their entire lives on energy and energetics. But some simply do not have the resources or accessibility of consulting with energy healers. I for one, have had the blessing of spending a lot of time working with energy healers. I would even consider myself deeply in touch with energy and the energetics of others.

One way we can cleanse and clear our own energy field is by way of spiritual or herbal bathing. When we use water, prayer, plants, and sometimes crystals or stones - we experience first hand the transformative shift that unfolds through the mysterious powers of botanicals.

As a holistic RN and a daily yoga and meditation practitioner, I find them simple, cost effective and in all sincerity a necessity for balancing, reconnecting, and overall spiritual maintenance.

Some people believe you must take an entire bath to receive the healing energetics of herbal bathing, but this isn’t the case. What one needs is an open-mindedness, sincerity and actual time to devote to such an endeavor.

When we experience an event that we perceive as stressful it affects us. Not only our overall psyche, but also on a spiritual soulful level. When we are thrown off balance, it becomes difficult for us to connect much less receive guidance from the inner world.

Consider this, if our body was seen as a pond and the water was swiftly stirred. It would result in choppy and murky water. We would have great difficulty, seeing inside the waters. We are the similar, when turbulence within ourselves happens, it clouds our ability to transmit and receive energy.

A spiritual bath is a beautiful and amazing way of clearing and cleansing our electromagnetic field. This clearing restores and creates balance within the body which foster an open and readiness to be gracefully filled with divine spiritual energy.

This creamy coconut herbal foot bath is warm, relaxing, and incredibly moisturizing! The warmth of the coconut milk comforts and soothes, inside and out. It is a distinct experience from soaking in water, it’s as if the weight of the milk profoundly grounds and nourishes. And once you finish, you will be able to notice a difference in your aura (feeling).
