Working with an uncomfortable or painful emotions can be a bit like traversing a small and narrow cliff with a drop off just to one side!

But if we truly desire inner peace — sitting alone with these emotions is just what restores our sense of peace. This process can happen in less than 30 seconds if we wholeheartedly allow ourselves without judgements or expectations to go through “it” all. It’s vital that we not only go through this, but we let go of the ways in which we have made ourself “wrong” for experiencing such emotions. This practice is lifelong, we must house a willingness to revisit emotions over and over until they fully dissolve. This way of Being opens us to forgiveness and love and that love reverberates unto all.
